Hi, my name is Erica Farley. I’m a proud Arts and Science graduate from Lourdes College, and for over 18 years, I’ve thrived in the world of administration. I care deeply about building genuine connections. Whether it’s collaborating with colleagues or supporting clients, I believe in open, honest conversations and in making sure everyone feels heard. My commitment to clear communication has helped teams work smoothly together and create a positive atmosphere. Alongside this, I bring strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on ensuring our office runs smoothly and that our clients are well cared for.
Outside the office, I’m a proud mother of two. Parenthood has taught me as much about communication, patience, and teamwork as any job ever could. :) Balancing family and career keeps me grounded and reminds me every day of the value of adaptability and kindness. These experiences shape the way I approach challenges, with empathy, resilience, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
